Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Misprinted

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  • Size exchanges are not offered, so please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and printing differences.

All sales are final on custom and made-to-order items.
